Actions Have Consequences
Each step we take, each word we say,
Ripples beyond this fleeting day.
A smile extended, a harsh rebuff,
The echoes linger—gentle or rough.
Kindness planted like humble seeds,
Sprouts into blooms where love proceeds.
But cruelty cuts, leaves scars behind,
A bitter harvest of heart and mind.
Choices made in fleeting haste
Can lead to wisdom or to waste.
The future waits with open hands,
To yield the fruits of our commands.
So tread with care on life's vast stage,
For every act—be wise or rage
Holds power vast, unseen, intense,
Reminding us: actions have consequence.
