He has written a beautiful piece that is worth reading.. Maybe we are making a mistake in understanding our parents When your mother comes into your room, sits next to you it doesn’t mean she’s sneaking into your personal space but maybe she’s coming to you to escape her annoying thoughts. When your dad wakes you up early in the morning and takes you to get a bargain with him They are just trying to build a friendship with you but in their ways When your mother asks you why are you laughing while using your mobile They are no longer interfering in your life they just want to be a part of your life because you both barely talk anymore and maybe unintentionally the same topic to start talking Every time your dad asks you where you’re going. And I know it seems like questioning them under suspicion but maybe they just want to know (not doubting or investigating) And if we can share our live location with our friends, why not with our parents You know your mother doesn’t like eating out _but she hates the fact that she makes you something with unconditional love but you should order something from outside. And when they cook your favorite meal they only expect to hear the praise from you. You made this so much fun mom! You can make your mother extremely happy with just a few words of praise. And how easy it is Everyone’s father usually says I earn for you guys but scold you. If you buy books or clothes of your choice this sounds weird, sounds bad. But imagine how hard your father has worked and still working hard in his life he knows the importance of money he just wants you to spend it in moderation not be wasteful. There is a generation gap between our parents and us that’s why they can’t understand us and us in many cases; not understandable. Written by Moladad Mir Gujjar Story by Omatee Ann Marie Hansraj
