Thanks Giving
In autumn's gentle, golden light,
Families gather, hearts so bright,
With gratitude, their spirits sing,
For blessings brought by Thanksgiving.
The harvest's bounty, rich and grand,
Spread across the table, hand in hand,
We share the feast, both great and small,
In thanks for earth's abundant call.
Turkey roasts and pies delight,
Corn and cranberries in sight,
Laughter fills the cozy air,
Love and kindness everywhere.
From fields of amber grain we reap,
To homes where memories we keep,
We honor those who came before,
Their courage opened freedom's door.
With every smile, each thankful prayer,
We recognize the love we share,
In unity, our hearts are one,
Beneath November's setting sun.
So, let us cherish, let us give,
With grateful hearts, together live,
For Thanksgiving’s timeless grace,
Is found in every warm embrace.
