The Journey of Life
Life is never perfect, a constant ebb and flow,
Some will appreciate us, and let their kindness show.
Others won't, and in their shadows we might stand,
But still we rise, like mountains in this land.
Some will support us, lift us when we fall,
Others will disappoint us, heed not our call.
They'll pull us down, try to steal our light,
Yet we must hold on, keep faith in the night.
For every breath of joy, a breath of pain,
In the journey of life, both sunshine and rain.
Embrace each moment, both the highs and the lows,
For through it all, our true strength shows.
