The Priceless Sanctuary
In the stillness of my humble abode,
Where the world's clamor fades and slows,
I find a peace, a solace deep,
As time gently flows, as shadows creep.
Some people chase a restless dream,
In endless quests, their hearts agleam,
But here I sit, content and free,
In the comfort of my tranquility.
A simple pleasure, a quiet grace,
In the snacks I savor, no need to race,
Minding my business, in my own space,
A precious peace, a serene embrace.
Let others roam in search of gold,
In the bustling world, so harsh, so cold,
But I have found my treasure bright,
In the quiet hours of day and night.
For in my home, with a heart at rest,
I’ve found the joy that’s truly best,
Some may not understand, may never see,
The priceless worth of this serenity.
