When We Know We Know
Sometimes you meet a stranger,
And you connect,
As if you always knew the person,
A bond perfect, direct.
And something deep inside you
Whispers, "This is the one,"
A truth that's clear and shining,
Brighter than the sun.
Though we may try to deny it,
Dismiss the feeling's glow,
In our hearts, there's recognition,
We know when we know.
Eyes that hold familiar stories,
Voices soft, yet strong,
In this serendipitous meeting,
We feel where we belong.
It's in the laughter shared with ease,
The silence that feels right,
In moments simple, yet profound,
Together in the night.
Paths that once seemed separate,
Now intertwine as one,
The journey of a lifetime,
A new chapter begun.
Though fear may cloud our judgment,
And doubts may come and go,
The heart sees what the mind resists,
We know when we know.
So, cherish every moment,
Let the connection grow,
For destiny has spoken,
And we know when we know.
